Form top ASP23 powder high speed steel

Factory status:

Asp23: annealed to about 260HB, after heat treatment can reach 64~66HRC

Ingredients (%) :(for reference only)

Advantages:

(1) high wear resistance.

(2) High compressive strength.

(3) Good toughness.

(4) The dimensional stability of heat treatment is better.

(5) good tempering softening resistance.

(6) Very good hardenability.

Main applications:

ASP-23 is particularly suitable for cutting and forming of thin machinated materials, or where there is a high risk of plastic deformation on the surface.

Such as:

1, plastic forming parts, such as: screw, cylinder, nozzle, injection head, crushing knife.

2, medium carbon steel or high carbon steel blanking, punching has been hardened steel plate or cold rolled steel strip, plastic mold containing glass fiber.
