ASP60 powder high speed steel

Factory status:

Asp60: The hardness is about 340HB after softening annealing, and can reach 67~69HRC after heat treatment

Advantages:

Very high wear resistance.

High compressive strength.

★ Good toughness.

Good heat treatment stability.

The tempering stability is very good.

Main applications:

The ASP-60 is particularly suitable for the blanching and forming of thin processed materials, or die failure due to mixed abrasive wear and adhesive wear, or abrasive wear, and there is a high risk of surface plastic deformation, such as:

1, medium carbon steel or high carbon steel blanking;

2. Punching and cutting hardened steel plates or cold-rolled steel strips;

3, plastic mold containing glass fiber;

4, plastic forming machine parts such as: screw, cylinder, nozzle, injection head, crushing knife and so on.

5. Used for gear cutters and end mills.
