SKD11 cold work die steel

Factory state: soft annealed to about HB235

Advantages:

(1) vacuum degassing refining, so the internal quality is extremely clean

(2) Good machinability

(3) good hardenability, air cooling can harden, no need to worry about quenching

(4) the heat treatment deformation is very small, quenching deviation is very small, the most suitable for the mold with precision requirements

(5) wear resistance is very suitable for use as rust steel or high hard material punching die

High efficiency hardware blanking die, punching die, stamping die;

Suitable for heavy cutting tools, all kinds of shearing knives, WW blades, woodworking blades;

Thread-rolled mold, thermosetting resin molding mold, wear-resistant and fast, advanced gauges, etc.
